We supply oxyfuel cutters, flatbed fibre laser cutting machines, tube and section fibre laser systems, and plasma cutting machines from leading brands such as HSG, MVD and MOTOFIL.

As a guide: oxyfuel excels on thick carbon steels; plasma covers a wide mid-range efficiently; fibre laser delivers high accuracy and speed on thin to medium plate and tube. The ideal choice depends on grade, thickness, edge quality and productivity targets.

Options range from compact pull-out tables to large exchange tables. Selected models offer formats from around 1200 × 1200 mm up to 12500 × 2540 mm. Availability is model dependent.

Power options span entry levels around 1.5 kW through high-power packages for thick plate cutting. We’ll recommend a power that suits your materials, throughput and budget.

Yes. Tube and section fibre lasers handle common round, square and rectangular profiles. Capacity ranges by model; we’ll confirm sizes for your parts.

Machines are supplied with appropriate fume extraction interfaces and process-gas connections. We advise on gas types, pressures and extraction layouts during pre-installation planning.

Systems are supplied with control/CAM software for nesting and programming. Typical workflows import standard formats such as DXF or DWG; supported formats vary by model.

Yes—options include exchange shuttle tables, automatic load/unload systems and material handling solutions to boost throughput.

Yes. UK installation, commissioning and operator training are provided and supported by JPS Machinery Ltd’s in-house service team.
