MVD iPlasma CNC Plasma & Oxy-Fuel Cutting Machine

The MVD iPlasma has been developed for businesses looking for a production-ready CNC plasma cutting machine rather than a standard entry-level system. Multiple table sizes are available, allowing the machine to be matched to the size of material being processed and the available workshop space.

Every machine is supplied with a Hypertherm plasma system, ESA CNC control and Libellula CAD/CAM software as standard. Depending on production requirements, the specification can be upgraded with alternative Hypertherm power sources, advanced nesting software, additional plasma heads, pipe cutting, oxy-fuel cutting or a 5-axis bevel head.

The independent bridge and cutting table design, servo-driven gantry and automatic torch height control are intended to provide accurate positioning and reliable cutting across day-to-day production. For manufacturers processing thicker plate, oxy-fuel cutting can also be incorporated into the same machine, giving greater flexibility without introducing a separate cutting system.

Rather than offering a fixed specification, the iPlasma can be configured around the type of work you produce.
