The HSG GH is a high-performance exchange table fibre laser cutting machine designed for fast, accurate sheet and plate processing. With acceleration up to 4G (model dependent) and large format table options, the GH series supports high-throughput fabrication in demanding production environments.

Cutting Table Heat Protection

Thick protective plates are positioned below the cutting table to help shield the frame structure and provide additional heat protection to the machine bed.

Axis Transmission System

The X, Y and Z axes use a high-precision rack and pinion transmission system. Precision reducers, high-accuracy racks and guide rails are used to support stable cutting performance.

Matrix Machine Bed Rigidity

An optional upgraded matrix welded cross-section design significantly increases overall machine bed rigidity for improved long-term stability.

Lightweight Aluminium Cross Beam

The fifth-generation 6-series aluminium cross beam reduces weight by approximately 20% while improving torsional resistance by around 15%, supporting improved dynamic performance.
