Do the machines include CNC or NC controls?

Many used press brakes come with DELEM, ESA or CYBELEC controls. Retrofit or upgrades may be possible following inspection.

How do you assess condition and accuracy on used machines?

Electrical and hydraulic checks, ram/backgauge alignment, test bends, safety interlocks, and controller I/O. Findings are rectified or declared.

Can you supply tooling, guards and backgauges?

Yes—tooling, guarding and backgauge solutions can be supplied or specified with the machine.

Is UK installation, commissioning and operator training available?

Yes—delivered by JPS Machinery Ltd’s in-house service team.

Do used machines come with a warranty?

Yes—used-machine warranty available; coverage and duration depend on the machine and agreed scope.

Can you arrange delivery, off-load and siting?

Yes—we provide turnkey logistics, including transport, cranage, off-load and final positioning.

Do you take part-exchange or source to order?

Yes—part-exchange considered subject to inspection; we can also source specific models to order.

What information do you need for a quote?

Material grade, max thickness, required length, inside bend radius, tolerances, throughput, power/phasing, and any control/tooling preferences.
