The TLS features an advanced 4+1 chuck configuration designed for maximum support and cutting precision on ultra-heavy structural tubes.
The intelligent digital chuck communicates directly with the control system to achieve full closed-loop control.
The HSG-LA4 tube bevel cutting head enables 0–45° bevel processing, supporting advanced welding preparation and reducing secondary fabrication processes.
The TLS is positioned for high-capacity structural steel fabrication, heavy industrial production and large-diameter tube processing where precision, load capacity and bevel functionality are critical.
