Bend formers (dies), clamp dies, pressure dies, wiper dies, mandrels (plug/ball), collet inserts and wear items—covering common styles including AB-CF, AB-CTA, AB-PF and CS.

Match CLR to the part print. As a rule of thumb, start at 2–3× outside diameter for standard steels and increase for thin-wall or harder materials. We can check feasibility and springback.

Tube OD, wall thickness, material/temper, required CLR, bend angle, minimum straight between bends, lubrication preference, machine make/model and the style you need (e.g., AB-CF).

For thin-wall tube, tight CLRs or aesthetic parts, yes—use a mandrel to support the ID and a wiper to control outside wrinkling. For thicker-wall and relaxed radii, a simple set may suffice.

Mild and stainless steel, aluminium, copper/brass and many alloys, typically from small instrument tube up to heavy section. Tell us your size range and we’ll confirm coverage.

We supply to fit a wide range of rotary-draw and mandrel benders. Share your make/model (e.g., Memoli ETM/Eurekamatic or equivalent) and the nose/drive details and we’ll confirm fitment.

Yes—custom formers, stepped radii, non-round profiles and hard coatings are available to suit production needs.

Use polished tooling faces, appropriate lubricants and, for critical finishes, protective bending film or softer surface inserts.
