JPS Machinery Ltd offer a variety of metalworking machinery warranties that are dependent upon:
New Metalworking Machinery, Equipment, the warranty length offered is dependant upon the actual model.
Metalworking Machinery Warranties cover is: Against faulty design, faulty material or workmanship, etc.
‘Excluded’ from New metalworking machinery, equipment warranties are:
Consumable wear parts, normal wear and tear, component failure due to
non-observance of the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions / requirements.
Please Note:
Where a 2 Years warranty is in place, then this is offered ‘strictly’ subject to a Annual service contract being in place for the 2nd year of the machine, equipment’s working life. No 2nd year service contract, then this voids the 2nd year of the warranty
Please Note:
If none OEM consumable parts, or wear parts, are purchased and used, then this voids the warranty
Please Note:
If persons other than JPS Machinery Ltd service team modify or service, repair any issues, then this voids the warranty
Claims exceeding the costs of repair / replacement of any defective parts are not accepted.
The warranty (parts and services) is provided subject to the same terms and conditions of delivery as the original supply of the machine, equipment.
Used Machinery, Equipment, the warranty is dependant on purchase negotiations, please note: the general condition of a Used machine has been agreed and accepted at the point of purchase, therefore a Used machine is sold, ‘as seen & inspected, in existing condition’, the 30 day warranty does not cover any issues relating to the general machine condition, tooling, but does cover any NC or CNC control issues. JPS Machinery Ltd will accept return of any machine, equipment, if JPS Machinery Ltd cannot effect an acceptable repair, of a NC or CNC control.
WARRANTIES
JPS Machinery Ltd, generally offers a 1 year standard warranty with NEW metal working machinery, equipment, the warranty covers any manufacturing defects.Additionally with selected machinery, equipment, JPS Machinery Ltd offers a 2 Year warranty.A Back to Base warranty, is simply that in the event of issues arising with the machine, equipment, the customer places the machinery, equipment on securely on a suitably dimensioned pallet, then arranges the return of the machinery, equipment to our Leeds workshop, for assessment of the notified issues.All JPS Machinery Ltd warranties are clearly shown in all quotation's.
Replacement Parts
All required OEM replacement parts are ordered by our office based service team colleagues, Our service team will have identified the required OEM replacement parts required.Where OEM replacement parts are covered under a JPS Machinery Ltd warranty, then the faulty machinery, equipment replacement parts are required to be returned to JPS Machinery Ltd for analysis by our manufacturing partners.

Servicing
JPS Machinery Ltd service team are available to offer service of any metalworking machine, manual or CNC controlled, irrespective if purchased from another source.Breakdown call outs, annual servicing contracts, NEW operator training, or refresher training etc, plus telephone support.
