Common options include wear-resistant tool steels (e.g., D-series, H-series, Cr-alloy) with single, double or four-edge designs. We’ll specify the best combination for your duty cycle and budget.

Yes — we can manufacture to drawing, sample or measured pattern. If needed, we’ll supply a drawing template for sign-off before production.

Yes — we can regrind and recondition blades. We’ll advise regrind intervals and recommended clearance settings to maintain cut quality and blade life.

Lead time depends on size and grade; we’ll confirm at quote. UK delivery, fitting guidance and ongoing support are provided by JPS Machinery Ltd’s in-house team.

Clearance varies by material and thickness (softer/thicker generally needs more). We’ll provide guidance for your machine and application when quoting.

Yes — blades are covered by manufacturer’s warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Cut quality depends on setup, condition of hold-downs/side guides and correct clearance.
