The HSG R3 is a compact and economical tube fibre laser cutting machine designed for precise processing of round and square tube. With power options from 1500W to 3000W and stable double pneumatic chuck clamping, the R3 supports efficient production in fabrication workshops with limited floor space.

The R3 is equipped with double pneumatic chucks designed to provide stable clamping during cutting. Front-chuck avoidance cutting and dust prevention help protect internal components and improve operational reliability.
The HSG-X bus-based CNC control system features a 21.5″ touchscreen interface, real-time core component monitoring, tube error detection and intelligent processing support to simplify operation and improve efficiency.
Optional automatic loading and unloading systems are available to reduce manual handling and improve production workflow. A hydraulic concave supporting frame can be specified to help protect tubes during loading and unloading.
The machine is designed for efficient shipment in a 40HQ standard container. JPS Machinery Ltd supplies the HSG R3 with UK installation, commissioning, operator training and ongoing technical support.
