The HSG TX Plus is a high-capacity structural tube fibre laser cutting machine designed for large-diameter and heavy tube processing. With clamping capability from Ø20–Ø360mm, support for tubes up to 12 metres in length and single tube weights up to 1000kg, the TX Plus is engineered for demanding fabrication and industrial production environments.

The side lateral machine bed design allows for easier loading of long and heavy tubes. The lower centre of gravity improves operational stability during cutting.
The full-track chuck system supports round, rectangular and structural profiles including I-beams and H-beams without processing interruption.
Sealed chuck design helps prevent dust ingress, improving component longevity and reducing maintenance requirements.
