JPS Machinery Ltd provide scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and ongoing service support for a wide range of metalworking machinery used across fabrication and manufacturing environments.
Annual or bi-annual servicing helps maintain machine reliability, reduce operational wear and identify potential issues before they develop into production downtime.
One-Off Service Support
Immediate engineering support is available for urgent machinery issues, operational faults and unexpected production downtime across a wide range of metalworking machinery.
JPS Machinery Ltd support both NC and CNC controlled equipment, including fault finding, service support and OEM replacement part sourcing where required.

Planned servicing also helps identify wear, maintain machine reliability and reduce unexpected operational issues over time.
Machinery Safety & Operational Procedures
Regular inspection of safety systems, guards and emergency stop functions helps maintain safe machinery operation.
During servicing inspections JPS Machinery Ltd service engineers can check safety circuits, operator safety equipment and identify operational or safety related issues affecting machinery use.
Operator refresher training and new operator induction can also be provided where required. Attendance certificates can be issued following training.
Machinery Movement
Single machine re-positioning or complete factory re-location support can be provided across a wide range of metalworking machinery and fabrication equipment.
JPS Machinery Ltd can assist with machinery movement, RAMS documentation, HIAB lifting support and machinery re-siting requirements. Service team members hold CCNSG Safety Passport Contractor Qualification and Banksman training certification.

Metalworking Technologies Supported

Servicing support for hydraulic and electric synchronised press brakes, including axis alignment, tooling inspection and bending performance checks.
Servicing support for hydraulic and mechanical guillotines, including blade turning or regrinding, back gauge calibration and replacement guillotine blade supply.
Operator refresher training can also be provided where required.
Servicing support for fibre laser cutting machines, including axis alignment checks, inspection of water cooling and fume extraction systems, plus supply of cutting head consumables and extraction filter bags.
Servicing support for plasma cutting systems using Hypertherm and alternative plasma sources, including consumable supply to help maintain cutting quality and machine operation.
Servicing support for hydraulic presses, including hydraulic pressure checks, system inspection and general operational maintenance.
Servicing support for sheet metal and heavy plate rolling machinery, manual or NC/CNC controlled, helping maintain rolling accuracy and smooth operation.
Carbon steel, stainless steel, Hardox and titanium plate capacities from 1.00mm to 200mm.
Servicing support for Pipe & Tube, Structural Section rolling machinery, mechanical or hydraulic, manual or NC/CNC controlled, with shaft capacities from 30mm up to 260mm.
JPS Machinery Ltd can also supply bespoke forming rolls for Pipe & Tube, plus Structural profiles both steel and plastic applications.
Hydraulic Corner Notching Machines
Servicing support for hydraulic corner notching machines with fixed or variable cutting angles, including blade regrinding and replacement blade supply.
Servicing support for hydraulic steelworkers, including hydraulic oil changes, filter inspection and servicing of punching, notching, cropping and shearing stations.
Replacement punches and dies can also be supplied.
