The TECHNA-FAB QH11D Mechanical Direct Drive Guillotine is designed for fast, repeatable cutting of thinner sheet material. Available in cutting lengths from 1,250 mm to 3,050 mm, the range combines a direct drive mechanical system, powered back gauge and straightforward controls for general fabrication and production work.
The QH11D uses a direct drive mechanical cutting system that operates only when the foot pedal is engaged. This provides a straightforward drive arrangement with consistent cutting performance for thinner sheet materials. The machine is designed for production environments where speed and repeatability are priorities.
Back Gauge & Control
Each machine is supplied with an ESTUN E21 digital control and a powered back gauge with a standard 600 mm stroke. Machines can also be specified with 800 mm or 1,000 mm back gauge travel together with a CybTouch 8 touchscreen control where additional programming capability is required.
Machine Range
The QH11D range includes models with cutting capacities up to 3.5 mm and working lengths from 1,250 mm to 3,050 mm. The compact machine design makes the range suitable for general sheet metal fabrication where thinner materials are processed on a regular basis.
Standard Equipment
Standard equipment includes a 1,000 mm squaring arm, front support arms with measuring strip and flip-up stops, rear guarding, cut material chute and a wandering foot pedestal. Optional equipment includes rear pneumatic sheet support, longer front support arms, longer squaring arms and increased back gauge travel.
