TECHNA-FAB QC12Y Hydraulic Swing Beam Guillotine

The TECHNA-FAB QC12Y Hydraulic Swing Beam Guillotine is available in a wide range of cutting lengths and capacities for general sheet metal fabrication. The machine combines hydraulic swing beam cutting, a motorised back gauge and straightforward operator controls to provide reliable, repeatable cutting across a variety of sheet materials.

Hydraulic Swing Beam Construction

The QC12Y uses a hydraulic swing beam cutting system with the cutting angle varying according to the machine specification. Blade clearance is adjusted using a manual lever and scale mounted on the side of the machine, allowing operators to make quick adjustments for different material thicknesses.

Back Gauge & Control

Depending on the model selected, the QC12Y is supplied with a powered back gauge offering between 600 mm and 800 mm of travel. Positioning is controlled through the ESTUN E21 NC control, with fine adjustment available using a mechanical handwheel. A CybTouch 8 touchscreen control is also available as an option.

Machine Range

The TECHNA-FAB QC12Y range includes machines with cutting capacities from 4 mm to 20 mm mild steel and cutting lengths from 2,000 mm to 5,000 mm, depending on the model selected. This allows the range to cover everything from lighter fabrication work through to heavier plate processing.

Standard Equipment

Standard equipment includes a rear pneumatic sheet support system, front material support arm, 1,000 mm squaring arm, roller ball transfer table, illuminated cutting line and rear guarding. Every machine is CE marked and supplied with a two-year parts and labour warranty.
