The Stefa VH is a CNC sheet metal folding machine designed for producing long folded components with speed and accuracy. The Stefa VH is a CNC sheet metal folding machine developed for manufacturers producing long folded components in steel, aluminium and other sheet materials. With machine lengths of up to 12 metres and material capacities up to 3 mm, it provides a practical solution for businesses manufacturing roofing products, flashings, cladding components, rainwater goods and general folded sheet metal work. Integrated cutting and programmable folding allow multiple operations to be completed on a single machine, helping to improve production efficiency.
CNC Folding System
The folding beam is designed to produce accurate bends across long workpieces while maintaining consistent results throughout the machine length. The articulated folding system allows bend angles of up to 145°, with the machine capable of producing tighter folded sections and hems where required.
Integrated Cutting
The Stefa VH incorporates a rotary trimming system capable of cutting sheet material up to 3 mm thick. Blade clearance is adjusted using a simple mechanical system, allowing operators to prepare the machine quickly for different materials and production requirements.
Hydraulic System
A hybrid hydraulic system provides the clamping force required for folding while reducing energy consumption through inverter-controlled operation. Hydraulic radius adjustment enables the clamping beam to be set quickly for different material thicknesses, with automatic adjustment available as an option.
CNC Control & Back Gauge
The Stefa VH is supplied with a touchscreen CNC control that allows operators to create, store and recall folding programmes. Optional EliteBender software provides advanced programming functions, profile drawing, simulation and remote support. A motorised back gauge with travel up to 1070 mm is available, together with independently controlled fingers for specialist applications.
Machine Configuration
The machine can be specified with a range of optional equipment including safety laser systems, EliteBender CNC control, independent back gauge fingers, cutting lines and decoilers, allowing the machine to be configured for individual production requirements.
