Two-post hydraulic press for stamping, sheet metal deformation and assembly.
The PST press is made with a monolithic frame, assembled and TIG welded with internal reinforcements.
The mobile upper plane features 2 self-lubricating guides as standard for models up to 200 tons and 4 guides for 300 and 400 ton models. It is also equipped with T-slots for fixing the molds.
The lower table is instead bolted to the frame and is also equipped with T-slots.
The hydraulic control unit has 2 operating speeds, one for approach under 30 mm/sec and another for work which is activated when the upper table comes into contact with the piece to be worked on.
The PST electro-hydraulic press is supplied in models starting from 40 tons up to 400 tons and is available both in the semi-automatic version and with automatic operation.
Semi-automatic version
This system works with the simultaneous use of the lever and the ignition button and is equipped with rod end stroke sensors, which regulate the ascent and descent of the cylinder.
This H-frame hydraulic stamping press is also equipped as standard with the rod anti-rotation device.
