C-frame hydraulic straightening press designed to carry out sheet metal straightening work.
The PCR machine workshop press is made with a c-frame structure and has an open recess, which facilitates the positioning of the metal pieces to work on.
The stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is 500mm and the press is equipped with a free rod and a milled work surface for straightening operations.
Available in tonnages from 40t to 300t.
In the basic version, the cylinder is operated through the simultaneous use of a lever on the control unit and a button which is positioned on the frame.
Upon request, it is possible to order the PCR hydraulic press with the semi-automatic function, which involves the addition of sensors that regulate the ascent and descent of the hydraulic cylinder, stopping its stroke automatically at the pre-established heights.
