Hydraulic press with mobile work platform suitable for straightening sheet metal, assembling and dismantling electric motors and more generally for any assembly operation.
The PBM hydraulic workshop press is equipped with a sliding platform with manual operation, which facilitates the loading and unloading of the workpieces.
Available as standard with a tonnage from 40t up to 150t.
The press works through the simultaneous use of the lever and the button, as required by current EC safety regulations and on request the machine can be supplied in the version with sensors that regulate its ascent and descent.
The hydraulic cylinder in the PBM electro-hydraulic press has a stroke of 500 mm.
The PBM hydraulic press with mobile work platform is also available in the version with a transversal mobile cylinder, which, with the aid of a handwheel, allows the main cylinder to be moved transversally. This solution therefore allows you to always work in the center of the cylinder axis, thus avoiding processes that could damage the hydraulic press.
The correct positioning and locking of the cylinder in the desired position are guaranteed by a specially designed system.
