SICMI MCL – C-Frame Hydraulic Stamping Press

The MCL hydraulic press has an approach speed of the main cylinder of up to 125 mm/sec and is equipped with a mobile upper surface, which slides along 4 guides and a lower fixed surface, which is bolted to the monolithic structure of the press.
Both tables are equipped with T-shaped grooves for quick and easy fixing of the moulds.

The hydraulic cylinder has a stroke of 500mm, while the gap between the work platforms is 600mm.

The c-frame press is equipped with a hydraulic control unit with Rexroth monitored solenoid valves.
