Manual suits small sections and occasional work. Hydraulic adds powered adjustment for heavier sections and repeatability. CNC stores programs and automates multi-pass sequences for the highest consistency.
Vertical is compact and suits light to medium sections. Horizontal supports longer/heavier workpieces and is preferred for industrial, high-capacity applications.
Options include hardened/ground rollers, universal tooling sets, side guide rolls for angle leg in/out, anti-twist devices, cone and spiral attachments, and digital readouts or CNC controls.
