Electric Brake Press

The RICO PRCE Electro Servo Press Brake, is a Press Brake designed to increase productivity,
with low operating costs, cycle times are substantially reduced as there is no time loss in the bending beam
transitions, as there is with a Hydraulic Press Brake

Structure

• As with all RICO metal bending Press Brakes, a strong structural design machine frame,
  allied with High Grade Steel to give low frame deflection at full metal bending capacity,
  plus, the  [Y1+Y2] Axis are mounted within the structure, not on the end frames.

• 2 specially developed Ball Screws, driven by 2 servo-motors and planetary gearboxes
