The RICO HGR  hydraulic metal cutting guillotine is a ‘high performance’ hydraulic ‘vertical’ action,
metal cutting guillotine, with adjustable ‘variable rake’ to reduce the Helix on the cut piece of material.

The vertical cutting action, variable cutting ‘rake’ angle, HGR hydraulic metal cutting guillotine is the most effective and accurate system of metal sheet and plate cutting, when it  is compared to the alternative ‘Swing Beam’ guillotine cutting

Hydraulic Metal Cutting Guillotine

The RICO HGR Hydraulic Guillotine, has a very strong mono block construction,
twinned with its unique top cutting beam support system,
plus the adjustable ‘RAKE ANGLE’
produces an effective & accurate metal sheet or plate cutting system

Structure

  • Fully Welded Mono block structure,  RICO uses only high-quality certified steels in a HGR guillotine structure
  • A ‘unique’ top cutting beam support system, producing a flat (no bowing in middle of the cut) longitudinal cut

  • Ideal for all types of metal cutting, steel sheet or heavier steel plate, with high precision
  • High quality Guillotine Blades (manufactured in Sheffield) 
  • BGS Powered Back Gauge with a DRO
  • Many ‘optional’ features to optimize the operators productivity
