The MVD iBend E Series CNC servo-electric synchronised press brake range is available in 100 to 200 ton capacities with bending lengths from 2600mm to 4100mm.

The E Series uses a belt driven servo-electric system with synchronised Y1+Y2 axis control for high precision sheet metal bending, repeatable accuracy and reduced energy consumption when compared with traditional hydraulic press brake systems.

Standard machine configuration includes 4 automatic CNC controlled axes [Y1+Y2+X+R], 2 manual axes [Z1+Z2], CybTouch 8 or ESA S630 CNC controls and servo driven backgauge positioning systems.

MVD iBend E Series Servo-Electric Synchronised Press Brake

The MVD iBend E Series is a CNC servo-electric synchronised press brake for sheet metal bending and heavier steel plate bending applications.

The E Series uses a belt driven servo-electric system with synchronised Y1 + Y2 axis movement driven by servo motors rather than a conventional hydraulic system. This helps reduce operating noise, maintenance requirements and energy usage while maintaining accurate and repeatable bending performance.

  • Available capacities: E100 ton, E130 ton, E175 ton and E200 ton
  • Bending lengths from 2600mm to 4100mm

Servo-Electric System

The belt driven servo system uses synchronised servo motors to control bending movement and positioning accuracy. The servo-electric design can reduce energy consumption compared with traditional hydraulic press brake systems while also reducing maintenance requirements and machine noise levels.
