The MVD iBend E Series CNC servo-electric synchronised press brake range is available in 100 to 200 ton capacities with bending lengths from 2600mm to 4100mm.
The E Series uses a belt driven servo-electric system with synchronised Y1+Y2 axis control for high precision sheet metal bending, repeatable accuracy and reduced energy consumption when compared with traditional hydraulic press brake systems.
Standard machine configuration includes 4 automatic CNC controlled axes [Y1+Y2+X+R], 2 manual axes [Z1+Z2], CybTouch 8 or ESA S630 CNC controls and servo driven backgauge positioning systems.
