The MVD iBend ‘A’ Series Hydraulic Synchronised Press Brake standard specification commences with:
3 Automatic axis being: [Y1+Y2+X], the [Y1+Y2] hydraulic cylinder axis synchronisation is with
Optical Linear scales, manufactured by GIVI [Italy].
The 1 automatic backgauge axis is the [X] axis, with 2 flip up back gauge fingers
plus 4 manual axis being [R1+R2]+[Z1+Z2 ].
The standard MVD backgauge offers ‘Options’ of up to 7 automatic axis

Available Tonnages are: 40 | 60 | 100 | 135 I 175 | 220 Tons
Available Bend Lengths are: 1250 | 2100 I 2600 | 3100 | 3700 | 4100
Top Beam Stroke: 210 mm | Throat Depth: 410 mm | Daylight 465 mm

CNC Control: CybTouch 8 – 2D graphical – 7” ’Touch Screen’,
Offering control of up to 4 automatic axis, manual bend order,
bend profile & ‘Easy Bend’, with a tooling library.
