Michelle is a member of the JPS Machinery Ltd service team, acting as service coordinator, with many responsibilities such as managing the service engineers’ daily call-out schedules, ensuring that the correct tools and parts, equipment etc, are available to complete a service or breakdown. Additionally, Michelle orders all the replacement parts that members of the service team request, plus returns of faulty parts to our manufacturing partners.
