The HSG TPSD is a flagship compound tube fibre laser cutting system integrating laser cutting, hot melt drilling and tapping into a single production platform. Designed for fabrication environments requiring multi-process tube machining, it reduces secondary operations while maintaining high-speed performance and precision.

Integrated Cutting, Drilling and Tapping

The TPSD integrates laser cutting, hot melt drilling and tapping into one cycle.
This allows parts to be fully formed in a single setup, reducing process stages and labour while improving throughput.

SPEED+ High-Speed Tube Cutting

SPEED+ technology improves efficiency when cutting dense small geometries and repetitive features.
With chuck rotation up to 120 r/min and linkage speeds of 120 m/min, the system supports high-speed tube production.

0–45° Bevel Processing

The HSG-LA4 tube beveling cutting head enables bevel cutting from 0° to 45°, allowing preparation for welding and structural fabrication without secondary processing.

Multiple Aperture Hot Melt Drilling & Tapping

The system includes a dedicated tool database and automatic tool shifting for drilling and tapping operations.
Multiple aperture processing can be completed within the same machining cycle as laser cutting.

Intelligent Digital Chuck

The digital chuck system detects clamping status and tube size data, automatically adjusting clamping force for improved stability and accuracy.

Bus-Based Control System

The HSG-X bus control platform centralises core machining functions within a simplified interface, supporting efficient workflow management and real-time monitoring.
