The HSG T2 can process round tubes from Ø20mm to Ø240mm and square tubes from 20×20mm to 240×240mm. It also supports rectangular profiles with a maximum diagonal of 330mm, making it suitable for structural fabrication and general engineering applications.
The T2 supports single tube weights up to 300kg. The two-front, one-rear chuck configuration improves load distribution and ensures stable cutting performance on heavier materials.
The fully portable three-chuck system allows short tail cutting and improved material utilisation. The hollow C3 chuck enables full-length blanking, while the dual-front support improves stability during high-speed processing.
The T2 features independent servo follow-up support on both the loading and unloading beds. This provides continuous tube support during rotation and movement, reducing vibration and improving horizontal cutting precision.
The T2 is available with fibre laser power options from 3000W to 6000W, allowing it to be configured for different material thicknesses and production requirements.
Yes. The T2 can be equipped with an optional multi-functional loading rack, enabling automatic loading of 6–9 metre round, square and section steel profiles to improve productivity and reduce manual handling.
The machine is equipped with the HSG-X bus-based control system, featuring professional nesting software, real-time monitoring and efficient production management tools.
Yes. With its triple-chuck configuration, servo-supported beds and built-in tube splicing functions, the T2 is well suited for structural fabrication, engineering workshops and medium-to-heavy production environments.
