The ATS 565 is an easy-to-use control for hydraulic (synchronised) press brakes, that allows the user to create multiple bending programs by entering a number of steps with a target angle and the desired position of the back gauge.
Optional settings for the depth axis can be assigned per step, e.g. TDC, plate thickness, auto-up function, system pressure and fast/slow point.
The system automatically controls the depth and pressure of the hydraulic axis. This control is one of the most suitable units when it comes to simple and fast programming of the press brake.
Simple as well as complex work pieces are no problem for this type of control. A ATS 565 combined with a low-cost machine results in a highly desirable system with lots of possibilities.

The Haco ATS 565 is best suited to workshops using hydraulic synchronised press brakes that need practical programme-based control for everyday bending work. It works well where operators want a system that is easy to follow but still capable enough for repeat jobs and more varied bend sequences.
It is a sensible choice when work goes beyond very basic bends and starts to involve multiple steps, repeat setups, or closer control of angle, depth, pressure, and back gauge movement. In those situations, the ATS 565 gives the operator more flexibility and a more organised way to run jobs.
It suits work where bend programmes need to be built clearly and repeated consistently. That includes regular production runs, jobs with several bend stages, and applications where the operator needs better control over both hydraulic movement and back gauge positioning.
Yes. It is well suited to repeat production because programmes and programme steps can be created, stored, and reused, helping operators run recurring jobs with better consistency and less manual adjustment between parts.
It can work well in either case. On a new machine, it gives a practical control package for daily press brake work. On an upgrade, it can improve how an existing hydraulic machine is programmed and operated, especially where a more structured control is needed.
Workshops handling regular press brake work, especially where a mix of simple and more involved bend jobs needs to be managed efficiently, are likely to get the most value from it. It suits businesses that want dependable functionality without making programming unnecessarily heavy.
In practical use, it helps by making bend programmes easier to enter, organise, and repeat. Operators can manage step sequences, back gauge positions, and hydraulic settings more clearly, which can support faster setup and more consistent results across repeat jobs.
