Lee Fozard - Managing Director
Lee Fozard joined the business in the early 2000s with a background in sheet metal working, being an experienced press brake & CNC punch operator.
Lee's sheet metal knowledge greatly assisted in the expansion of the company, Lee then recognised the need for JPS Machinery Ltd
to support the metalworking technologies that the company sold,
so Lee then built and developed the companies service team.
In 2012 it was decided to amend the company name to JPS Machinery Ltd and appoint Lee as Managing Director

Mike Jackson - Sales Manager
Mike has worked in the metalworking sector since his apprenticeship in the 1960s and originally founded the company in 1981, under the name "Jackson Production Services Ltd". The foundations laid by Mike were built upon when Lee joined the company in 1999, then the company was re structured in April 2009, to become JPS Machinery Ltd, Mike is the company's sales manager, on a daily basis, dealing with most of the incoming enquiries, plus liaising with our machinery manufacturing partners.
Simon Wadsworth - Operations Manager
Simon joined the company in 2023 as the company's Operations Manager. Simon's role within the company is to oversee the Service team and take responsibility for the general day to day running of the business, therefore freeing up both Mike & Lee enabling them to focus on their main roles.

Bob Mundell - Sales & Application Engineer
Bob is a very experienced sales & application engineer having worked as a metalworking engineer, operating press brakes, CNC punches etc, then a long career in sales for a major UK metalworking technologies company.
Bob is part of the company's sales team, using his vast knowledge to advise customers on machine selection and all aspects of required tooling. He also acts as our mobile sales colleague, following up customer sales enquiries the length & breadth of the UK.
Jack Fozard - Sales Staff
Jack joined the business in 2018, as a member of the company's sales team, working alongside Mike & Lee.
Jack quickly immersed himself into his role and is responsible for a sector of the metalworking machinery JPS Machinery Ltd offers. Jack's currently developing his skills and abilities on several of the programs used by our manufacturing partners, with the intention of ultimately becoming an application engineer.
Josh Towell - IT & Digital Marketing
Josh joined the business in 2023 and is responsible for the company's IT systems; the development of the company's internal systems such as the companies engineering app, day to day management and development of the companies website backend (not the content), and development of the company's digital marketing.
Kevin MacDonald - Service Coordinator
Kevin is a member of the service team, acting as service coordinator, with many responsibilities such as managing the service engineers’ daily schedules and ensuring that the correct tools and equipment are available to complete a service.
Additionally Kev generates all service team invoices & codes up all incoming purchase invoices.
Matt Sellers - Service Coordinator
Matthew is a member of the service team, acting as service coordinator, with many responsibilities such as managing the service engineers’ daily schedules and ensuring that the correct tools and equipment are available to complete a service.
Additionally Matt orders all the replacement parts that our service team request and returns faulty parts to our manufacturing partners.
