Upgraded high speed fiber laser cutting system with advanced performance features including zooming head and SMART-CUT Technology. CUTTING BRIDGE
The honeycomb design and automated robot laser welding produce an ultralight and high-rigidity cutting bridge, therefore contributing to high cutting speed and precision.

COMPACT DESIGN OF ALL IN ONE SYSTEM (LASER Source and CNC box)
There is no need for external air condition room because the resonator, chiller and e-box are installed in a cabinet with air conditioning. So we guarantee it has constant temperature and humidity. This small details is a fundamental condition for problem-free use of this machine.

Compact and monolithic design

Sinumerik 840D is one of the most reliable CNC control systems all over the world, which provides stable and fast I/O communications between user and machine. Many applications developed by HK are easily adjusted to Sinumerik 840D due to the open structure of it. This flexibility allows HK Laser & Systems and user to develop and use various applications respectively. Our interface, application and cutting database developed by HK Laser & Systems guarantees convenience for users.

Touch Screen
Easy and simple interface with 21″ touch screen provides the user an easy approach to proper cutting methods, including standard parameters.

Graphic Similations
The user can simulate or track monitoring on the screen before or during the cutting process

Easy Operation Hand-Wheel Module (Remote Controller)
It is easier to execute functions and operate the machine. For example

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION

The automatic lubrication system is available as standard for the PS Series. This automatic grease system is very reliable and provides precise lubrication when and where it is needed. And because it is connected to the PS Series internal PLC, also warns when it is time to replace the grease pack.

DUST COLLECTOR

The dust collector is used for the collection of dust and particulate when processing of laser cutting. It is an important part of the process, allowing an efficient and continuous aspiration of fumes, dust and particles. The essential part of these units are the filter elements (Donaldson filters), being the most important characteristics:
