ASSYMETRICAL ROLLING MACHINE

Asymmetrical Model 8266 is a general purpose, workshop machine, for medium production of cylinders, tubes etc, simple shapes, sheet metal or plate.

8266 Construction: Aluminium cast roll housing & guides provide the necessary rigidity required throughout the rolling process, the design with 3 rolls pre-bending, bottom and bending roll mounted independently in separate guides,
enables high productivity and easy adjustment of the rolls. The top roll is mounted above the middle roll making this machine a 4 roll machine, with symmetrically placed rolls.

General Specification:

1. Manually adjusted (hand wheel), for the Pre-bending roll, and setting of the final rolling position
2. All 4 rolls are driven,
3. Ccrowned rolls.
4. Frequency Invertor for variable rolling speed
5. Program backup / download of files, plus the machine operating parameters, via an external computer or attached USB flash drive
