Productive relationship keeps steel housing fabricators in quality kit for almost two decades

When you’re investing in quality equipment, you want expertise and servicing support that keeps it in tip top condition for as long as possible. Welsh GRP and steel housing designers and manufacturers Morgan Marine have been working with JPS Machinery Ltd for almost two decades to keep their fabrication equipment up to date and up to speed and say having experts on hand to support them has been invaluable.

Director Dai Jones has bought a range of equipment from JPS over almost two decades, and says the support offered once a sale is complete is what keeps them coming back.

Why did you choose to buy from JPS Machinery?

We’ve been working with JPS for about 17 years. We struck up a good rapport with the team from our first contact with them and have built a good relationship over the years. We’ve bought various bits of kits, including guillotines, press brakes, plasma cutting machines and universal steelworkers and have always been really happy with the quality.

How have you benefitted from your relationship with JPS Machinery?

We’ve got to know the guys at JPS really well and have struck up friendships as well as professional relationships. When you’re spending a lot of money on machinery, you want to know you can call on a supplier to support you long after the initial purchase, and that’s definitely been the case with JPS.

How was the service and aftercare?

Not all of our servicing is done by JPS, simply due to geography, but they’re always available to offer advice on the phone if we do encounter a problem. They really know their stuff and because we buy so much equipment from them, they’re always the first people we call if we have a question.

Would you recommend JPS Machinery?

Absolutely, and we often do. They supply great quality equipment and the aftercare is great, even if they’re not coming on site to do the servicing.
