Efficient workpiece clamping is an important part of maintaining a smooth cutting routine. The KIT PN Pneumatic Vice Clamping option is designed to make clamping and unclamping more controlled by using a pneumatic vice rather than relying entirely on manual operation.
The system works through a pneumatic circuit and requires compressed air up to a maximum of 6 bar. A pressure gauge provides a clear reading of the working pressure, making it easier to monitor the system during use and maintain the correct operating setup.
This option can suit fabrication, engineering and metalworking environments where material is clamped and unclamped repeatedly throughout the day and a faster, more consistent vice operation is needed. By helping speed up vice operation and improve consistency in the clamping process, the KIT PN option supports a more efficient and more manageable workflow at the saw.
