Semi automatic band saw machine for cutting from 0° to 60° right and from 0° to 45° left, of profiles or full of medium dimensions.

Vice translation from right to left on linear guides and locking positioner.
Heavy duty basement with sheet metal construction in different thickness.
Millimetric reference length stop measuring system. Cutting length 0÷600 mm.
50 liters coolant tank integrated in the upper part of the basement.
Electric coolant pump, with a feed nozzle placed on each blade guide arm.
Electric cabinet with 24 VAV auxiliary tension, lockable main switch and electric drives.
Total protection against highest voltage and short circuit. Current protection level IP 55.
Electric cabinet; cutting angle display (optional VAT), band speed selection, piece counter, selection refrigerant and motorization of the cut height.
Display of possible machine alarms and auto diagnostic functions.
Line voltage: 400V/50Hz/3Ph standard (available 230V/50Hz/1ph – 230V/50Hz/3 – 220V/60Hz/3ph – 440V/60Hz / 3ph).
Machine colors: yellow RAL 1018 and grey RAL 7036.
