Operation Sequence:

On cycle start, the machine confirms the material dimensions, the operator then chooses to modify the programme to reflect the real measure sizes, or to stay with theoretic dimensions

The material is moved up to the zero setting laser, vertically positioned down force rollers keep the material from lifting.

Where the product / program requires holes of differing sizes, the machine will produce all same size holes in sequence, then the operator changes the tooling for the next hole size and sequence
