A tooling option that supports punching holes into the web of channel and beam sections when using a Kingsland steelworker.
It’s punching through the main vertical face of a channel or beam (the web), rather than the flanges, to create fixing, clearance, or connection holes.
It’s intended for the Compact range of Kingsland steelworkers.
It helps position and support the section for more consistent punching, especially when you need repeatability across multiple parts.
Commonly for brackets, base plates, cleats, bolted connections, frames, and structural or mezzanine-related fabrication where hole positions need to repeat reliably.
Steelworker model, section type (channel/beam), section size, web thickness, required hole diameters, hole pitch/edge distances, and whether holes need to be in a fixed repeat pattern.
