Capacities vary by model. Typical round capacities range from about 200 mm on compact machines up to 540 mm on larger industrial models. Rectangular capacities are quoted per model.

Yes. Many machines have a swivel-bow for single- or double-mitre cutting. Exact angles and ranges depend on the model.

Models are available with two fixed speeds (for example 35–70 m/min) or inverter variable speeds (for example 20–120 m/min) to suit different materials.

Yes. Options include roller conveyor tables, manual or hydraulic material vices, cut length measurement systems and shuttle vice feeding on NC automatic models.

Most machines use a flood coolant system with an appropriate metalworking coolant. Blade lubrication options are available for specific applications.

Yes. UK installation, commissioning and operator training are available, supported by JPS Machinery Ltd’s in-house service team.

Yes. New machines carry a two-year warranty as standard, with ongoing service and maintenance support available.
