Plate Roll - Model Range : PK 2 Roll Machine
 
The basic principle of a 2 roll plate roll is, of a lower roll made from Urethane, into which a steel or hard plastic cylindrical forming roll is pressed, the action of a hard forming roll pressing into the softer Urethane creats a rotating hollow,  into which flat sheets are then introduced, and a perfect cylinder produced.

The machine can be operated manually, or with automated options, such as vaccum lifting & loading cells, automatic ejection of completed cylinders, CNC controls, [as shown in the picture to the right of this text ] in this way the machine can be programmed to run without an operator
