ABOUT US 1983 The company was formed in 1983 by our current Managing Director Mike Jackson. The aims of the newly formed company were simple : To supply used metalworking machinery with adequate machine function training, to offer adequate ongoing technical support from experienced in house technicians. Mike was well positioned to offer the adequate machine function training and technical support, having remained very much hands on from his apprenticeship days, through to being Works Manager / Works Director at various engineering companies.. ABOUT US 2009 Since the new Millennium the company has : Developed close working relationships with selected metalworking machinery manufacturers from around Europe & China. We have chosen our supply partners carefully to ensure our company can offer a wide range of metalworking technology solutions for any metal working requirement, be it a cutting, folding, welding or a machine tool requirement Increased our emphasis on the sale of new equipment, increasing focus on our customer's priorities, which are a strong requirement for good operator machine function training, coupled with ongoing technical support to ensure complete satisfaction with the equipment Once trust and satisfaction with our level of competence and knowledge of the equipment is established, our customers can see the benefits of taking out one of our annual maintenance contacts for their new purchase, often extending annual maintenance cover for all equipment within their workshop, or within their group of companies. Emergency breakdown assistance is available for any machine, Our service team was further strengthened by the appointment of Lee Fozard as Service Manager. Lee is an experienced sheet metal worker, with years of experience on sheet metal equipment & cnc systems 2007 saw the introduction of our apprentice scheme, we are assisted by our local college and the Leeds Training Trust. Providing economic activity increases in 2010, we will be taking on our second apprentice |
