  We can create software programmes that will show any selected tool in a simulated bending sequence. The software is easy to use allowing the option of selecting differing tooling options to find best  bending solutions. This simulation will also generate a bending order and a cut length dimension.

Our Italian press brake tooling manufacturing partner also offers the resources of its technical department for additional help and advice whenever it is needed. The brake press tooling manufacturers engineering department is always available to receive and develop all CAD based drawings to advise on minor design changes to facilitate or enhance press brake bending.

• Safe edge folding, Dutch bending, edge & flatten, Hemming die, whichever name you choose to call it.
 
• Bottom die holders that take plastic 'vee' inserts to stop marking during bending.
